Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the gheit.co website, operated by GHEIT (Global Health Information Technology), California, United States. Use of the GHEIT products themselves is governed by the separate agreement covering your deployment.

1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using gheit.co (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted with a new "Last updated" date, and your continued use of the Site after that date means you accept the revised terms.
2. What this Site is, and what it is not
The Site describes GHEIT and its products — NeoCareX, MyCareX, VitalCareX, RideON, ShopRideON and PAX. It is an informational and marketing resource. It is not itself any of those products, and it is not a portal for clinical, patient or account data.
Product descriptions, capability lists, interface illustrations and diagrams on the Site are provided for general information. They describe the products in broad terms and do not form part of any contract, specification, warranty or commitment as to features, availability or performance in a particular deployment.
3. Not medical advice
Nothing on this Site is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and nothing on it is intended to be relied on for a clinical decision. Content about conditions, measurements, monitoring or care workflows is general and illustrative.
Always seek the advice of a qualified health professional with any question about a medical condition. Never disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of something you have read here. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
4. Illustrative content
Interface images on the Site are representative recreations, not screenshots of a live deployment. Any patient names, identifiers, diagnoses, measurements, findings, dates and other data shown in them are fictional and used solely to illustrate layout and workflow. They do not describe any real person, record or encounter.
5. Permitted use
You may use the Site to learn about GHEIT and its products, and to contact us. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation, or infringes the rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its server, or any connected system or network
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by introducing malicious code or placing unreasonable load on it
- Scrape, harvest or systematically extract content from the Site for the purpose of building a competing offering
- Reproduce, republish or redistribute substantial portions of the Site without our written permission
- Remove or obscure any copyright, trade mark or other proprietary notice
6. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, diagrams, illustrations, layout, design and source code — are owned by GHEIT or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. The GHEIT name and logo, and the NeoCareX, MyCareX, VitalCareX, RideON, ShopRideON and PAX names and logos, are marks of GHEIT.
You may view the Site and print or download extracts for your own internal reference or evaluation. No other licence is granted, and all rights not expressly given are reserved.
7. Information you send us
When you submit an enquiry or demo request, we use the information you provide to respond to you. Please do not send patient information, personal health information, or any other sensitive personal data through the Site’s forms — they are not intended for it and are not a secure channel for clinical data.
Our handling of information collected through the Site is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites, including our social media profiles. Those sites are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the Site available and its content current, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the Site will be free of errors. We may change, suspend, restrict or withdraw all or part of the Site at any time without notice.
10. Disclaimer
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to the Site and its content, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, currency, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GHEIT will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content — including any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of business, or loss or corruption of data.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
12. Product agreements take precedence
Use of any GHEIT product is governed by the separate written agreement between GHEIT and the relevant organisation or user, together with any applicable business associate agreement, data processing terms and product documentation. Where these Terms of Use conflict with that agreement in relation to the product, that agreement prevails.
13. Governing law
These Terms of Use, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the Site, are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
You agree that the state and federal courts located in California have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, and you submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
